1. Facility and Expansion

3D Imaging's primary location is a 13,000 sq ft facility. It houses a Siemens Eclipse negative ion 11 MeV dual beam cyclotron and a new ACSI TR-19 19 MeV dual beam variable energy cyclotron. Targetry includes C-11, N-13, and F-18 (fluoride) and a proprietary solid target for I-124, I-123, Zr-89, Cu-64 and In-111.

Hot Cells

It also contains a GMP compliant radiolabeling laboratory with four Von Gahlen hot cells and eight mini cells. There is an organic chemistry laboratory for precursor synthesis as needed. Systems exist for the synthesis of any published, and many unpublished, C-11 and F-18 labeled radiopharmaceuticals.

The facility is immediately adjacent to CARTI, the area's premier cancer treatment facility.

Lab Interior

CARTI operates two late model clinical PET/CT scanners with a strong research and clinical trial interest a large patient population. Clinical PET and SPECT scanning, small animal PET, MRI and optical scanning, clinical collaborations and other support services are available by collaborative arrangements.
